We want you to be completely satisfied with your FOUNT® purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
